Visibility without the guesswork.

zwDrive computes distance, idle time and speeding from the driver app’s GPS while your cars are online, and reminds you before documents expire.

  • Distance & idle time

    Per car, per day: kilometres on trips vs empty, time online, and idle time (parked, online, no trip). Computed from GPS every 10 minutes.

  • Speeding alerts

    Set your own urban and open-road limits. A sustained speed above the limit on accurate GPS raises a live alert with speed, duration and location — single GPS spikes never count.

  • Document reminders

    Insurance, ZINARA licence, route permit, operator licence, fitness certificate and driver licences: reminders 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before expiry. Expired critical documents pause the car.

  • Trip-level visibility

    Every trip in your cars with date, driver, pickup and drop-off, distance, duration, the driven route and the fare — exportable as CSV.

  • Reviewed drivers

    Only drivers zwDrive has approved (ID, licence, police clearance) can be assigned to your cars. Two drivers per car, day and night shift.

  • Zero commission

    Fares belong to the driver in full. How you and your drivers share earnings is your arrangement — zwDrive charges drivers one flat subscription.
